Memorial Day Weekend!!

Luke received a rocket from Ryndi & Ryan for his birthday this year. We have been waiting

for a non windy beautiful day to launch it.

Sunday was that day!!

Sunday May 17th, was my Honey's 35th Birthday. So we planned him surprise party at the pool hall right by our house.

Today was the Open House at the airport.

They have some very generous pilots that let children go up in their planes for a ride.

Here is Calvin (Luke's too young) getting ready to board.

Up up and away!! Calvin even got to fly the plane for a while!!

No, they have the police, fire department, and National Guard there as well.

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day we headed over to Aunt Deb's.

Had a wonderful time!!

The boys had a great time playing with cousins.

Lori's Birthday Get-A-Way!

This year for my birthday, my wonderful husband planned me a surprise weekend for the 2 of us. And by planned I mean took care of everything! From the scheduling with Mom & Dad to watch the boys, packing their stuff, scheduling the accommodations with Aunt Deb & Uncle Butch. And so for 3 whole days we were on no body's schedule but our own.

It was WONDERFUL!!!

Beautiful weather for a walk along the beach the day we arrived.

We went whale watching. Didn't see any whales, but had fun out on the boat.

I could watch the ocean for hours.

Our last day we had lunch on the beach and saw these people with huge kites and surf boards. Talk about a wild ride!!
